Artiste Viva is a platform that connects clients with talented Indian artists for custom artworks. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms below.
| 2. Order Process |
| • Clients must submit a reference image and brief description for custom artwork. |
| • Artists will confirm whether they can take the project and share estimated delivery time. |
| • Once confirmed, clients are required to make full payment in advance. |
| • Payment will be held by Artiste Viva and released to the artist only after successful delivery. |
| 3. Artwork Approval |
| • Before shipping, the artist will send a photo of the final artwork for client approval. |
| • Minor changes can be requested once. |
| 4. Shipping & Delivery |
| • Shipping is handled via Shiprocket or a similar partner. |
| • Clients will receive a tracking ID after dispatch. |
| • Delays due to courier partners are not the responsibility of Artiste Viva or the artist. |
| 5. Cancellations & Refunds |
| • Once the artist confirms and starts work, cancellations are not allowed. |
| • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the final artwork unless the artist fails to deliver. |
| • In rare disputes, Artiste Viva will mediate and take a final decision, which will be binding. |
| 6. Quality & Professionalism |
| • Clients are encouraged to provide high-quality reference photos and detailed instructions to ensure satisfaction. |
| • Artists may reject orders lacking clarity or appropriate material. |
| 7. Usage Rights |
| • All artworks are original creations by artists. |
| • Clients receive physical ownership of the artwork, but artists retain copyright unless otherwise agreed. |
| 8. Privacy |
| • Client details are confidential and shared only with the selected artist and shipping partner. |
| • Artiste Viva does not sell or misuse client data. |
| 9. Platform Role |
| • Artiste Viva acts as a facilitator and does not create the artwork. |
| • We ensure timely communication, artist coordination, and secure transactions. |
