1. Platform Role
Artiste Viva connects Indian artists with clients seeking custom artworks. By joining the platform, you agree to fulfill orders professionally, on time, and in line with the expectations set.
| 2. Project Confirmation |
| • You will receive an Email for quote requests. |
| • You must confirm within 24 hours whether you accept a project. |
| • Upon confirmation, clearly state the number of days required for completion. |
| 3. Completion & Approval |
| • Once artwork is finished, upload a clear and professional photo for client approval. |
| • Do not ship the artwork without client approval. |
| 4. Shipping |
| • Shipping is handled via Shiprocket or a similar partner. |
| • You are responsible for proper packaging to ensure safe delivery. |

| 5. Payments |
| • Clients pay the full amount in advance. |
| • Artiste Viva holds the payment securely. |
| • Your payment (after commission deduction) will be released only after the artwork is delivered and no dispute is raised. |
| 6. Commission & Pricing |
| • A platform commission of 10–20% will be deducted from each completed order. |
| • Artists are free to decide their prices. However, if you wish to change your prices in the future, you must connect with the Artiste Viva team for approval and update. |
| 7. Bookings & Availability |
| • When you accept an order, your profile will show you as “booked” for the specified duration. |
| • You must not accept overlapping orders unless explicitly allowed. |
| 8. Conduct & Quality |
| • All submissions must be of professional quality. |
| • Repeated delays, unprofessional behavior, low ratings, or customer complaints may lead to account suspension. |
| • Plagiarism or copying other artists’ work is strictly prohibited. |
| 9. Intellectual Property |
| • You retain the copyright to your artwork. |
| • Clients receive only the physical copy unless special rights are discussed separately. |
| 10. Dispute Resolution |
| • In the event of a dispute, Artiste Viva will mediate. |
| • Our decision will be final and binding for both the artist and client. |
| 11. Confidentiality |
| • Artist must respect client privacy. |
| • Do not share client information or artwork without permission. |
| 12. Termination |
| • Failure to follow these terms may result in termination from the platform. |
| • You may voluntarily request to be removed, but all ongoing orders must be completed first. |
